Oggle take advantage of Europlex SigNETpro remote management

Remote video and alarm specialists Oggle, have invested in Europlex SigNETpro remote management software for use within all of their installations. Deploying SigNETpro remote management software, supplied by Norbain, minimises on-site engineering call-outs and associated costs, and establishes consistently lower costs of ownership for Oggle customers.
A true hybrid alarm system with 8 on-board wired zones, SigNET on-board wireless gateway communication operates at the new European wireless frequency of 868MHz, providing greater security from interference and jamming. Expandable to 512 zones, systems can comprise both wired and wireless devices, to offer the ultimate flexibility in cost-effective installations.
In addition to comprehensive remote reporting of system status and health, SigNETpro can be extended with the remote management software to remotely service Europlex SigNET controllers - wherever they are located. "Apart from the financial and time savings we can pass to our customers, less installer mileage means we can provide a greener service," explains Peter Williams, MD of Oggle: "SigNETpro remote management allows us to perform our scheduled 6-month maintenance check remotely, meaning engineers only have to visit site for the 12-month check - halving engineers' time on site. Even when site attendance is manditory, 95% of all checks can be completed before the visit. Out-of-hours attendance is also minimised by remote activation assessments and engineer resets.
