Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer your role and responsiblities will cover:
• Support and solve technical queries from internal and external customers via the Technical Support Desk between 8.00am and 7.00pm daily on a rota basis.
• Assistance in the compilation of quotes for potential systems, applying expertise and knowledge of Company procedures.
• Assisting in demonstrations of products to customers (via Demo Room).
• Assisting with building / manning of exhibitions.
• Maintaining and auditing demonstration stock.
• Any other “technical” responsibilities/ duties to ensure compliance with the Company’s Mission Plan.
The ideal person will have excellent communication skills be a good team player and an excellent telephone manner. You will come from either within the security industry or have good experience of IT networks/support.
